Welcome Visitors: Artists may be observed all around Augusta this weekend. Artists will be scattered across the “Augusta bottoms” capturing the afternoon light on the ball field, the farm fields and the Katy Trail from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM, when art will be judged.

Artist Details:
Paint Out 1 PM – 4 PM judging.  Meet at the Augusta Trailhead on the Katy Trail. The Augusta Bottoms are a patchwork of farm fields extending to the Missouri River from the Katy Trail. The Missouri River once covered these fertile fields and still does occasionally during a really rainy season. You may consider the ball diamond, the Katy Trail, the farm fields, distant levees or your view to town as subject matter for your brush. Artists are encouraged to remain with artwork for a short period of time following judging to allow spectators to view and purchase art.
